★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter accidentally broke the glass in our porch door window. We didn't have a vehicle large enough to bring it in and pick it back up, but Glass Experts offered to pick it up and drop it off for a reasonable cost. The door was picked up on Wednesday and back to us repaired on Friday of the same week! The staff and drivers were great. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased with the service we received however two of the three pieces do not fit. One piece is short by almost 10 inches where as the other piece is approximately an inch too short. The centre piece, which was the trickiest piece to cut fits perfectly. I am confident that the measurements I provided were very accurate. I double and triple checked the measurements of each piece knowing that the measurements provided were critical to a perfect fit. In fact, the cut outs for the elctrical outlets are perfectly placed in both pieces.
I have no idea where the errors occurred but I am extremely confident of my measurements. Perhaps its was in the interpretation of the measurements provided on the templates. We're at a bit of a loss what to do next. The centre piece over the stove is in place and looks great and just as we had planned.
Do we start again and if so what is it going to cost us to do so?

I have not been disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you through the process of selecting the right glass and various options. They provided the product on time and precisely as ordered. I will definitely return to Glass Experts for my other windows.

When I called, the employee on the phone was so accommodating and helped me find the perfect mirror. He even custom cut it for me on the same day. It was a really fantastic experience, and the quality of the material and the cut were absolutely perfect.
