When any professional outfit starts off by saying that it’s too complicated for them, that they don’t keep the item in stock, AND THEN SENDS YOU TO HOME DEPOT, it boils down to not giving a lick about customer service.
One word answer to this problem? Their competitor, Deschesne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid warning expired on the door Jan 11 2021.Today is Jan 20th.You cant just walk in here you need to call in advance your order! Had to drive there to find out this!!What a joke! The employees can go to lunch at mcdonalds ,take a bus,go to their bank,go to Cuba but you cant go to Sutton for your plumbing supplies! There too rich now! New building etc! Find a better place that wants your business!There are lots out there open NOW!!

Greg You are considered essential service just like Canadian Tire,Reno Depot,Costco,Walmart etc etc. People come in and out with a mask !
