Elle connait ca les foyers et juste avec mes photos et dimensions elle a su me proposer le bon foyer pour chez moi. J’ai recu une date d’installation avant meme la signature du contrat, j’avais 48 heures pour garder cette date (j’ai beaucoup aimé cette facon de faire). Lors de la signature ma date est resté et j’ai recu une confirmation la veille. Les installateurs Patrick et son équipe sont venu la journée suivante et on executé le travail de facon très professionnel, allant même chercher du Du Roc au rona pour modifier ma base de foyer afin de faire une job impeccable. Merci beaucoup!!
 Superb experience with Boutique Chaleur, first with Carolle who advised me very well! She knows the homes and just with my photos and dimensions she was able to offer me the right home for me. I received an installation date even before signing the contract, I had 48 hours to keep that date (I really liked this way). When signing my date remained and I received a confirmation the day before. The installers Patrick and his team came the next day and we did the job very professionally, even going for Du Roc au rona to modify my fireplace base to do a flawless job. Thank you very much!!
