★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un BBQ Napoléon Rogue 525 en ligne le 2 Mai et il n'y avait aucune mention que ces BBQs étaient back order sur le site. Aucune information à ce sujet non plus sur l'application pour suivre la livraison du produit. J'ai dû envoyer un courriel pour me faire dire finalement que j'aurais maximum 3 semaines à attendre. Trois semaines plus tard on me dit que ce sera sous peu... je vois que ça semble être un évènement qui se répète annuellement en regardant les reviews ici-bas. Faites attention quand vous placez une commande il se peut que vous receviez votre BBQ beaucoup plus tard que prévu !
I bought a Napoleon Rogue 525 BBQ online on May 2 and there was no mention that these BBQs were back order on the site. No information about this either on the app to track product delivery. I had to send an email to finally be told that I would have a maximum of 3 weeks to wait. Three weeks later I am told that it will be shortly... I see that it seems to be an event that is repeated annually by looking at the reviews here below. Be careful when placing an order, you may receive your BBQ much later than expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased this Kamado Joe Big Joe II from BBQQubec in Montreal and cant wait to start it up.
Shopping during the Pandemic was very easy, I was able to make this big purchase over the phone easily, and the staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. It was the same as if I was there in person.
The service received from Melanie and Marco was outstanding.
I also want to mention that the delivery team was very kind and courteous, and well respected the social distancing rules.
Thank you look forward to one day coming to see you in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband purchased 2 Napolean Prestige 500 series barbecues first week of April at the Boucherville store . He was told that one of the barbecues was on back order and that it should be delivered in the month of April following a discussion with sale's rep upon the purchase. He followed up today for the delivery status and was told by the manager that it was still on back order. I reiterated with the branch manager the discussion with sale's person that the barbecue was to be delivered in the month of April. The store manager told him that the sale's person should have told him that the waiting period can be between 4 to 12 weeks. Manager mentioning that there must have been some sort of misunderstanding on my husband's part and he could not confirm what was said and discussed since he was not there to witness discussion between my husband and sale's person. The frustrating part in all this is the arrogance on the part of the manager that puts the blame of the so called misunderstanding between the customer and the sale's person on the part of the customer. Make sure you put things in writing when you deal with them. Not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is nice store with a good selection of BBQs and accessories but everything is more expensive than the suggested retail price if your looking for something do your homework it might save you some money and you will still be buying from a local business.
@Marie-Pier as an example your price on the Kamado Joe Joetiserie is $402.00 vs a suggested retail of $349.00 I’m sorry to answer on the public thread but I wasn’t able to find a way to reach out privately.
