Arrivé chez nous après le travail et entendre un bruit provenant de la roue ,pour que mon conjoint se rende compte que 3 roues sur 4 n’étaient pas visés!!! Oui oui 3 roues sur 4!!! Oui paniqué!!!! Je les avais fait installer la veille !!! Mon conjoint a dû enlever ,nettoyer et replacer chaques roues! On a 4 adolescents tous dans les sports ,alors jouer au taxi c’est fréquent!!! Pour nous c’est la dernière fois qu’on mettait les pieds là-bas! La sécurité de ma famille n’a pas de prix Panic!!!! Arrived at home after work and hear a noise from the wheel, so that my spouse realizes that 3 wheels out of 4 were not targeted! Yes yes 3 wheels out of 4 !!! Yes panicked !!!! I had them installed the day before !!! My spouse had to remove, clean and replace each wheel! We have 4 teenagers all in sports, so playing taxi is common !!! For us this is the last time we were there! The safety of my family is priceless

A 15:00 je partais avec l'auto. L'auto avait été inspecté, les freins et les huiles changés. Je suis vraiment impressionné par l'excellent service. J'ai trouvé une auto, mais encore plus on concessionnaire pour de nombreuses années a venir. At 11:24 this morning (a Saturday), I called William from Pharand Auto. I asked him if he could sell me a car quickly. At 15:00 I left with the car. The car had been inspected, the brakes and oils changed. I am really impressed by the excellent service. I found a car, but even more one dealer for many years to come.

Non....ils ne sont pas finis comme on l'a prétendu; une job de 900$!! Mon garagiste habituel m'a dit que mes disques seront dû un jour, oui, mes que mes freins sont bons. C'est pas comme ça que vous allez vous trouver des nouveaux clients!! Je ne retournerais jamais chez vous... In the fall, I had a very good price for four winter tires .... but a very bad diagnosis of my brakes and disks. No .... they are not finished as has been claimed; a $ 900 job !! My usual mechanic told me that my records will be due someday, yes, my brakes are good. This is not how you will find new customers !! I would never go back home ...

S	Shivam Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to be transparent about price before you hand over your keys. You get the price different over call vs on bill. Also, employees don’t give you clear information on add-ons prices. I suggest, if you’ve time and getting appointments somewhere else go for it.

Had an oil change at the same time and they didn't try to 'nickle and dime' me like some other places. They found a small issue and made recommendations, that was it - turns out it can wait until next time. I think I've found a new place to have my car serviced.
