★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modo Yoga Vaudreuil was a pleasant surprise for me. I have driven by the location several times and wondered what it was like. My practice was elsewhere and with Covid many things changed. I decided to give it a try. The studio is stunning. Adorned with art, therefore supporting local artists, the locker rooms are modern and super clean. The yoga studio is a great space as well, with a nice choice of classes. The instruction is wonderful, little tips and points throughout the class reminding us about our poses. Instruction is bilingual and clear. I have enjoyed my experience to date. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modo Yoga classes are tremendously excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to release the tension of their muscles and heal the chronic pain from their body.
I lost the functionality of my left shoulder after a terrible accident two years ago. Even after tens of physiotherapy sessions, the chronic pain has not let me back to my everyday life. But after just a couple of sessions in Modo, I realize my body is changing, and the chronic pain is healing. I want to say thank you to all teachers in Modo for helping me to improve my body function.

Before I even get to class my body feels tingly knowing how good and satisfied I'll feel afterward. It's a gift to the Self and I'm grateful for what Modo has to offer ?? Give them a chance, and watch your world shift ❤️

I love that no matter who is teaching the class at Moda Yoga, you are always guaranteed an amazing experience. The entire team are fantastic both in & outside of the class. Always attentive, helpful and there, to make sure that your experience is best in class!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy going to this studio. Since the near 2 months I have been attending Modo Yoga Vaudreuil classes, I have experienced a variety of their teachers and have received inspiration from each one.
If you are looking to start a yoga practice with instructors that will guide you with patience, self respect and non judgement try Modo Yoga Vaudreuil. I have had both a good laugh and a good cry during class. You're ensured a good sweat at least! :P
