Leroy ask what our fridge was doing and after explaining the issue he thought he might be able to fix it. Unfortunately, they didn't have an opening to repair it for a couple days. Surprisingly, Leroy said he'd stop over on his way home from work. It turned out to be an easy fix and saved us from having to buy a new fridge. I would definitely recommend Central appliance, they'll for sure be our first call for any future appliance issues.

He located the problem with our dishwasher within a few mins after arriving, this is after we had another tech look at it several times who had replaced a few parts and still didn’t fix the leak! Leroy saved us from having to buy another dishwasher. We will never call anyone but Leroy again. He’s quick, honest and gets the job done right the first time. He and his staff are a pleasure to deal with.

They were overpriced, rude, and immediately tried to sell me a brand new dishwasher that I didn't need. Driving away very disappointed, but I remembered Central Appliances located downtown Red Deer. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheerful hello. Was able to share my problem and they knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. They looked up the part number for me and it was considerably cheaper than what I was quoted from the big chain store. Had the opportunity to meet the manager Leroy and he told me that if I can bring in the part we can try to match it to one he has in his back warehouse and give me a considerable discount. My wife came back in the following week with the part in hand. Leroy immediately jumped to assistance and was able to locate the part. Gave it to us free of charge and only asked that we consider coming back in the future if we ever have any issues with our appliances. Such a simple act of kindness, but it will not go unforgotten. Highly recommend Central Appliances and they have just earned life long customers as well as referrals to all family and friends. Thanks again Leroy!

I called the shop and explained to Leroy what was happening, he suggested a fix and I was able to pick up the part I needed within the hour. I installed the new part and now my dishwasher is back up and running. Great service by Leroy and his staff . Excellent place to do business!!
