Completed my purchase from home and had it delivered quick and installed on the day I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the new LG Washtower. He was very helpful finding us an in stock item that we could take home immediately. With supply chain issues, this was very important to us. Customer service was excellent both times. We had compared prices at competitors and Trail was very competitive. I highly recommend Trail appliance and Jim!

We told him our issue with our current fridge and situation. It's one thing to be hired on in sales but having worked In a different department prior to working on the sales floor. It was easier to ask questions and feel comfortable with the service that was given. He wasn't pushy but was being informative. Having a background in sales myself. He gave a consistent customer service from start to end and created a great atmosphere from customer to sales person. Was reliable and gave us his undivided attention. We found the right fridge for us in the right amount of time. Great first impressions and will be back to buy more appliances from him . Also have been telling my friends and family about buying from Matt.

We told him what we were after and he didn’t waist his or our time with things we were not interested in! Looked great! We had found the same fridge with a competitor for a lower price, and he did his numbers magic and we got it for below the matching price. We then set up delivery and we had our new fridge by Saturday, and had our old fridge removed as well. Delivery guys were in and out in 10 minutes with both delivery of the new fridge and removal of the old. Great customer service, great prices, and an easy delivery option. We've bought all our appliances from Trail (washer, dryer, 2 freezers, and now our fridge), and can't say enough great things about Cliff and Trail.

This was great to be able to look around first without interruption. Our sales person, Thomas introduced himself and was very polite, informative and easy to talk to. He was not pushy and accepted the purchase we made without trying to sell us a higher priced item. He was able to arrange delivery on that same day and removal of the old appliance. This gave us great satisfaction knowing our renters did not have to wait to long for the new appliance. Thank you for your service, We definitely will return for more appliances.
