★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried calling them multiple times and their automated machine keeps disconnecting me every single time I get transfered to customer service. It will never let me through and just disconnects. Can't get ahold of anyone at this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Great helpful service and the gentleman that helped me purchase doors and hardware also helped load my truck.
2. Doing a suspended ceiling and got some great advice on which products will work for our peculiar ceiling arrangement.
3. The cabinet person we found to be unhelpful and unfriendly. We felt like we were a nuisance and had to pry information out of her. We tried hard to be friendly but it failed. We are having our cabinets made elsewhere.
4. Just a suggestion to coach some of your staff on listening to the customer. I went to buy all the material I needed to tile shower walls with a base that I've already installed. The gentleman I spoke to seemed exceptionally disorientated, and insisted on showing me floor tiles - which I insisted was not what I was shopping for. He finally said, "Do what you want then." And walked off. A younger gentleman did come to the rescue and provided the assistance I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for 25watt clear vanity bulbs. After three towns, five stores (including a lighting store), my route took me past Lowes and there I found the exact incandescent bulb I needed. Should go there for bulbs first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an Item online that is out of stock in Edmonton and had my father inlaw pick it up at the Red Deer store. Found out it was missing a critical item which makes the unit useless.
Called in 4 times, each time the same response, will call back soon. Very friendly on the phone, but again very frustrating that they don't follow up.
Also emailed twice, zero response from the manager. Not sure how to get there attention other then leaving a negative review. Should be easy to resolve, but with no response hard to deal with. Not sure if the issue for the staff is that they are too busy, or hoping the problem will go away in time. Either way very disappointing experience and do not recommend using this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent THOUSANDS at Lowe’s since they first opened. It was my go to place for renovation materials for years. That ends today.
Bought a new Washer Dryer with delivery option. The delivery team was rude, looked for reasons to get out of the install (harder to do, older home). Even suggested taking the laundry pair back to Lowe’s. “This is not part of our job…”
Miraculously, I removed the old laundry pair and installed the washer dryer myself with the assistance of our tenant. Beyond disappointed. Will never use their delivery service again.
Reached out to store management to complain. Could tell on the phone I will probably never get a call back / not a priority. I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big bright store, went looking for a particular brand name pruning saw. Which based on the website, said was available at this location.
Turns out the saw was indeed in stock, but it turned out to be way more saw (size) than I needed.
However, left with some other items for jobs that had been designated "blue"
