T	Teresa Dorgan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the front managing incoming patients was very helpful and kind to all she spoke to. She and the receptionist worked at the front desk. I liked the sign in the waiting room about wearing a mask if you have a cough – no exceptions and the free parking sign if you use the main parking lot. Having a Shoppers Drug Mart in the adjacent room to the clinic was convenient and the staff there were equally kind and helpful. A good experience.

We had such an experience before.But this situation was like she just threaten us like we wont get treatment here and just go somewhere for treatment. I just feel disappointed and I felt like.. is this kind of treatment and hospitality, a patient is getting in Canada.

It seems as if your treatment is completely dependent upon which doctor happens to be there and if you get the bad one, you are completely wasting your time and prepare to be disrespected. My boyfriend went to this clinic after burning his hand. When he got there, he was told it would only be 30 min but the staff neglected to mention the doctor was not even in the building. The doctor came late and it was nearly 2 hours before my boyfriend was seen. When he finally got to see the doctor, the doctor was incredibly rude to him, did not communicate with him about the severity of his burn or what to expect/look for in terms of the healing process. Ultimately he just told my boyfriend to take some pain medicine and told him to leave. Not only is this horrible in terms of bedside manner, but I believe it to be negligent in terms of care. The burn was pretty severe and yet no bandages or suggestions for proper care were given. My boyfriend would have been better off just asking a pharmacist what to do rather than waste his time at this horrible clinic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
S	Sherry K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNBELIEVABLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH RECEPTIONIST EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONIST I have ever seen. Firstly, she should know that patients come to get help there so should be treated nicely at the desk. Secondly, she has no manners of how to talk to people. The doctor told me to follow when my turn came. However, she didn’t know and yelled on me to sit in the waiting area.. like what??? Seriously??? Have some courtesy and be nice lady.

There were number of patients waiting, but the doctor was unconcerned. I went back there today, and the doctor was again half an hour late. I don’t know why these types of doctors are paid. The doctor was incredibly rude.He didn't even listen to me when I went in for my consultation. He was in a rush because he was already late. Such doctors, on the other hand, are a shame! Total waste of time and money.
B	Bethany Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Sunday morning, reception was very helpful and patient, short wait time. The doctor was kind and helpful, took the time to answer our questions and thoroughly assess. Convenient to have xrays done on site as well.
M	Mithuna Sentheepan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE The worst experience I've ever had my son just fell and was bleeding and this was the only urgent care that open till 8.30 pm …so I was just in front of the clinic and called to find out the way to get in and the time was only 7.30 and she said if i don’t make it in few min she won’t take me but i was just in front of the door so I went in. And then she told me next time don’t come in last min I was like it was an accident and google says clinic close at 8.30 and I was an hour before closing , anyways while she was registering the doctor seems he was in a rush and he refused to take us I MEAN WHAT KIND OF A DOCTOR IS HE AFTER SEEING 5 yrs who was bleeding RUDE VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST ALSO RUDE BUT ALWAYS SHE TRIED EXPLAINING THE DOCTOR BUT HE WAS WORSE AND UNCONCERNED AND HE JUST left the clinic. HE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!
