R	Rola salam Salam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, I called to see doctor Akila, when I came they told me I don’t have an appointment to see her and she’s fully booked even though the appointment was confirmed, not only but they’re so rude
A	A F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please for the love of god dont waste your time. You are better of rubbing a rock on your forehead than getting help from this circus. Called Wednesday and was told I'd have a phone appointment "AFTER 2" on Thursday. They call me at 10 am and when I call them back at 1 they say I need to answer my phone and the doctor had left. I rebook for friday and they say I will get a call "between 11:30-12:30" no call and I call them at 12:45. To what had to be the worst receptionist I'd ever heard. She did not speak a word of English and doesnt even know how to take down a health card number. She informed me it wasnt their fault the appointment was missed because I didnt answer my phone at 10am for a 2pm appointment. I had to spell my 4 letter name about 6 times for her and recite my health card number probably 15 times all to be told my health card number "is not right" when it definitely is. Dont waste your time with this place. How the heck do you run a doctors office but not know what a health card version code is...
S	Sage Deja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in pain for a week, was prescribed antibiotics in case it was related. This office has had my results since the 27th and haven't called me. I call them today and the lady says they are booked for appointments? That I need to go online to book an appointment or call back in the morning? No, you book the appointment , better yet tell me what my damn results are.

I experienced all the issues highlighted in other posts - without too much detail: disorganization, rudeness, they don't really care. Not sure of the root cause here, and I feel for our medical professionals, but the end result is that there's no standard of care being provided. Look elsewhere.

I waited in the -17 c outside till approximately 9:10. I then called , at first line is busy and answering machine kicks in giving the standard information. I call again get the receptionist tell her I’ve been waiting out front I’m in pain and have blood in my urine. She takes my OHIP # and other personal information. I believe she’s saving some time., then proceeds to tell me a Dr Will call me. I repeat I’m right outside the clinic , repeat why I’m there and tells me a Dr will call. They are only doing consults Nothing saying this on the website in fact the opposite or on their answering machine. I’m thankful I wasn’t having a heart attack j. Worst medical treatment I’ve ever received

Any medical establishments that turn away children especially when there are zero patients waiting should be closed down. I have zero tolerance for that type of behaviour. It’s before 4pm in the afternoon in the middle of the week, no one is waiting and it’s a walk in?? I don’t get it. The receptionist should be fired and the doctor who advised against patient care also needs to be checked. Sad feeling as a parent and member of this society. There should be an option for zero stars. Wish I had read some of the reviews prior but you don’t really worry about reviews in a medical situation.
