D	David M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is always ready, although old since they're pre done. The service at the counter can be good, but management make poor customer service decisions. If a customer asks you to purchase a hot sauce for their pizza because you don't sell hot sauce, don't say we'll do it this one time but no more. It's terrible service, that's why I haven't been here in 6 months.
L	Liz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ready hot pizzas I order was ice cold and one of them had a huge chunk of cheese missing, 2 of them was burnt in areas and it looked like someone touched one of them with their hands it was mushed, had to throw that one it in the garbage. Check your pizza before you leave the store, I always do but I was running late and they took their sweet time serving me so I checked the top 3 pizzas, they cleverly placed the damaged one on the bottom, some one touched it you can tell because there were no cheese stuck to the lid of the box. There was no taste to these. The price is increasing on a daily basis and the quality is decreasing. No one wears gloves and handles the pizzas after using the cash registers. Been a regular customer at this location for many years will no longer be going to Little Caesars, waste of money and time.

This location has never failed to disappoint. Good staff. ?I felt that the service is not the best. It's a bit slow with barely any staff. Not very interactive with customers.

The pizza was not included on the order and neither this location or Skip the Dishes thought to call to confirm that the order received was for 1 bottle of water only and no food? The restaurant blamed Skip the Dishes who in turn blamed the restaurant. So 1 bottle of water was delivered to us at a hefty cost of $12. Anyone with common sense would have realized that the online order went through incorrectly and should have called to verify. Since we did not receive the pizza we thought was ordered and still wanted one we asked Skip the Dishes to at least waive their $4 fee on the next delivery for a pizza. They declined. We ended up ordering a pizza from Pizza Nova instead. Very disappointed with both services.

And also the way he was talking, i had to conform with him that i have called little ceaser or somewhere else. After that when I asked him to change topping(instead of mushrooms I asked jalapeños)on dip dish…. He was like… I can’t change, it’s ready if you want you can place order. I don’t know wether the person is having this kind of customer service or it is being normal on this specific location. Sorry to say but worst ever experience with little ceaser….

J	Jimmie Tierney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the pizza star I got a pizza within 6 minutes was freshly cooked the only complaint I have is that over the pepperoni pizza but they don't put enough pepperoni on it that's the only complaint staff is professional but underpaid is there any one person working in the whole restaurant pizza shop so he has to answer the phone till orders make pizzas make garlic bread make whatever whatever he has to do it's one person so the company is making them do a job of about 5 people and they're saving their wage that's how corporations work I stand up for workers not corporations
