J	Jenn Robins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star is being generous! We arrived at 5:30pm and there was only 5 other families seated. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to begin. When we ordered our main meals, the waitress interrupted us multiple times. Then, after 25 minutes of waiting, the appetizer was brought and it was not the appetizer we ordered. The waitress took it back with barely an apology. We waited another 25 minutes, and our meals were delivered. One of the orders was again, wrong! At this point, we obviously did not want the appetizer anymore. It’s not like the restaurant was busy!! There were people just standing around. The food was okay, once we got the correct order. My husband asked for a refill on his drink, and got a gingerale instead of the Diet Coke he ordered. Mistake after mistake! We were offered a free dessert, and in the end they did take a portion off of our bill, which we did appreciate. However, too many mistakes for a simple dinner and we will not be returning to this location. Have had much better service at other Boston Pizza’s! If you cannot remember an order correctly, write it down maybe? Also, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Probably the worst bathrooms I have ever seen at a restaurant. The smell was so bad you could smell it walking up to the door, thank goodness we weren’t seated near them!
C	Cay K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed with my order today. I ordered the dill chicken sandwich via Uber eats . The quality of the chicken was TERRIBLE, it was chewy, filmy, and inedible. I couldn’t even bite into it. It was undercooked and clearly still raw.

The restaurant is very clean and Covid protocol is being followed. I recommend this location over others. Well done!

Mike is very friendly and attentive to all of his customers. We had such a great time that we kept ordering more food because of Mike’s presence. I just want to recognize his service and say that he’s an asset to this restaurant. We are definitely coming back to dine here again and hopefully get served by Mike again!

I arrived around lunchtime with my brother and father; the restaurant was clean and the food was delicious, but the highlight of my visit was unquestionably our waitress. She was well-organized, attentive, courteous, and undeniably charming. I remember she mentioned that she was new, which surprised me because she seemed such a natural. As a server myself, I appreciated the attention she paid to each of her tables, connecting with each one and ensuring that everyone was happy. This Boston pizza location certainly knows how to hire on terrific employees. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend this location.
B	Bosco Tung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasta Tuesday + March Kids Eat Free! …though pasta quality feels not as good as other BPs or even East Side Marios. …also had to drop a star as our second visit on Thursday was nowhere near as smooth as our order was missed (understandable though), waited long time for everything, and having two of three server/manager walk around maskless reminds us that we probably shouldn’t eat out right now, and probably never on weekends here due to busyness ? The pecan salad had iceberg middle hard bits too which was surprising.
