★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced and received a call once I got home that they need the device password to access my phone to test the screen. You can test the screen with the locked home screen with access to the phone app and camera app. Remember don't give your device password when you're not with your device. BS. Will go elsewhere.

I told the sales associate that the tempered screen protector on my LG4 had shattered and that I needed a new one. He offered to remove my broken protector and put on the new one for me. He was very friendly and professional. Took his time with my phone to ensure no air bubbles or dust would be trapped under the new screen protector and even cleaned off my phone. All for $20.
And when I mentioned I needed a new phone case, he gave me a small discount. No negotiating needed.
Definitely coming back to Cellular Xtreme for all my cellphone accessories needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 3 day old phone to get a screen protector. The employee named Huzzar applied so much force when applying the screen protector that he dented my speaker in, which I called him out for IMMEDIATELY. All he did was deny it and pretended like he didn't see it. Ridiculous. Guy was also rude and we ourselves went and got security because he refused to. No manager was there to follow up either, and the guy working had zero ideas about any policy the store had. They are NOT gentle with your phone. They apply a ridiculous amount of force to put the screen protector on, its concerning and clearly does damage and they will not take responsbility for it unlike other stores! It was also poorly done as the top and bottom of the screen protectors were sticking up and not against the glass...
I highly recommend Kool kurve and mobile klinik instead! Mobile Klinik will take responsbility if they damage your phone! HUGE HUGE HUGE MISTAKE going to Cellular X.

I had taken my phone to be repaired at another shop earlier that completely ruined my phone and was missing parts, they were able to fix all of the mess ups and at a very reasonable price. They were very friendly and diligent in their work, and had a quick service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never use these people again, took my phone in for a new screen. A 4 hour job ended up taking 4 days, and then when I finally picked it up the Sim card was missing. Quoted me a price which then increased. Finally picked my phone up, the boss was there as was a sales assistant. Absolutely no apology, the boss issued orders to the assistant and completely ignored me. Only reason you got 1 star is because I can't give none
