I was treated with exceptional service along with some tips on how to protect my computer in the future.
The young man took some extra time to show me some cool new features and how to browse the Internet safely.
Highly recommend for anyone who needs service on they're computer or cell phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son broke the screen of his ipad. I brought it here to be fixed. The screen was fixed in a timely manner however part of the screen wasn't completely sealed/glued. We returned and he did fix it right away however a day later screen was lifting again and then home screen button wasn't working. After 2 failed attempts I called Cell Phone Repair and Voila fixed correctly the first time. Out 105$. Incompetent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was actually shocked when I walked into the shop, I have NEVER seen a personal business phone shop so neat and tidy, on top of that, the welcome I get from the employee was tremendous.
He was busy with repairing another customer's device, but took his time to treat me and go over my software issue on my laptop.
I knew he was busy, by the traffic of customer's coming in, but he handled the situation with ease and assisted/guided me through how to better understand my computer and how to avoid viruses/malware.
Thank you King Mobile! Great Service, EXCELLENT PRICES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer experience today (May 3, 2017 around 10 AM). A few months ago, I bought a phone cover and screen protector. Today, I went in again to get a new screen protector and there was a different person there. He put a screen protector in front of me and went to attend a phone. I had to wait for 5 minutes to get the price. Finally he came back and told the price which was double of what I paid previously so I asked him why is it so expensive now. He took it away from me and said he does not have time. He is busy. I think it's extremely unprofessional, rude and bad customer service. Since they are on my daily commute drive, I was thinking about making them one stop for all of my needs. Would never step in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not entirely sure why there are so many hateful reviews, but I had an excellent experience today. My Iphone screen needed to be replaced, and they did that in an hour, and threw in a glass screen protector... and certainly the most affordable place! They've got a new customer for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 S plus and after calling a few places who told me they couldn't repair it, I took it to King Mobile where they said they could. They ordered the part and installed it the next day. Unfortunately the part was faulty, and even though it didn't act up when I was there to show them, they took my word for it and ordered another screen and replaced it again. The replacement part works perfectly and they were very easy to deal with and in my experience certainly stand behind their work. I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Went to many different stores to get my Note 4 fixed, but they wanted a lot of money. These guys were affordable, and very quick using real samsung parts. Also very affordable unlocking. Best in the Waterloo region. Trustworthy, excellent and very personable Staff!
