The employees are so understanding and will laugh with you if you crack any jokes. If you need help finding something or have any questions, they'll answer them. Absolutely amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Spencers at Cambridge mall as a mother who has no clue what to pick for their teenager , the wonderful kind service I received by a young lady , she had glasses and mint green hair, she was so helpful all I had to do was show her a picture of what my teenager likes , this young lady was so helpful and knowledgeable

There was ome person who had long haor down blond green but up in teo pomy tails with a purple sweater shirt! They were amazing! Luv u! Platonically of course!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got lucky and found some awesome Naruto merchandise today. The young man who helped me was freakin’ amazing and super helpful. It’s a busy and stressful time for a lot of last minute shoppers but you made my Christmas shopping experience sooo enjoyable and fun. My son is gonna love his Christmas gifts. Also, thank you to the other staff member for helping me out as well. Awesome store! Great merchandise! Crazy selection! I highly recommend.
