There are better prices and exchange policies at other jewelers only a few steps away. (Charm diamond center allows full cash back returns for 30 days and exchange/credit for 90 or 100 days). Wish I'd looked more closely before making a purchase!

I have been there before for other purchases and quality and service never varies. I will be returning for other Jewelry needs.

I met Ben and explained my thoughts of me proposing to my boyfriend. He was excited about the idea! I Picked out the perfect ring and ordered it. Well a week later I had the perfect opportunity to pop the question over the weekend and called Yangs and was able to arrange getting my ring early! The staff at Yangs are so helpful and patient. I've been going to yangs for years but never really got to chat with the staff for this kind of reason. More personal. I did look around but I felt more pressured and the feeling of their only looking for a sale. So I just want to again say thank you! You made one of the biggest moments in our life amazing and as a women proposing to her guy I didn't feel discriminated or like it was wrong. Thank you Ben and your amazing staff. A true professional who has the knowledge and expertise in custom design jewellery. We discussed a design, put it into action and he kept communicating with me during the process , making sure to iron out any wrinkles and saw the prototype via computer imaging before final production was completed ! Words can not express how beautiful my custom ring is !!! The workmanship is exquisite and it actually far exceeded my expectations. I was nervous with this process because you only hope for the best outcome! Ben, YOU DID IT !!!!! Now, we start on ring #2! Thank you to you and your team of jewellery professionals!!!
