First off, they have two entrances to the store and the one is ALWAYS closed off. Not sure what kind of fire safety rules they're breaking there but I digress. We walked in and there was one staff member behind the counter helping a customer. The other staff member was chit-chatting with a friend. I made direct eye contact with her and she looked away and continued chatting. We wandered around the entire store and weren't acknowledged at all. As we walked by the chit-chatter I made a comment to my wife about going somewhere where our business is appreciated. Nothing. I caught chit-chatters eye again and again she just looked away and kept talking. Then I left. Sorry but I can go anywhere to buy cheap, overpriced costume jewellery.

My boyfriend purchased a clear three stone ring from this store four months ago for our anniversary, He bought me the rose gold for allergy reasons. It was in perfect condition until I got it cleaned about almost two months ago from this location. The girl I got it cleaned from was very rude and gave me and my boyfriend a very rude look. I had to walk up to the lady and ask "if I could please have my ring cleaned?" and she made me wait while she fiddled around behind the counter before she finally said "what can I help you with?" she then took it to the back I waited about 10 minutes. but when I went back to see if they would exchange it, they had more costumer service after I told them what fair-view mall had said about them. They were more nicer to me but I call that being two faced. they cleaned the ring in front of me with the cloth. I now question why the lady who first cleaned my ring had to go to the back for that long? I put the ring away in the box as I was helping a friend move. I didn't want it to get scratched. After almost two weeks I wore it again but not till after a few days I looked at the back of my hand and noticed the back of the ring was black, I recently went to fair-view mall to see if they could clean it, they told me that "they don`t clean rose gold as it tarnishes the plating." I bought the cloth to see if I could take the black off. it wasn't doing anything besides shining it and turning it silver. I went back to the location it was purchased from they said "all they do is use the Pandora cloth to polish it." they then accused me of "wearing it in the shower and said it was from wear and tear." my friend got the same ring only silver and got it a few days before I did and she never got it cleaned and its still in perfect condition. I find it very ignorant that instead of taking responsibility for what they did they go and blame the costumer. they have no good costumer service what so ever they are rude and full of nasty attitude. the lady admitted that they had cleaner, but they only use it to clean silver. the lady that cleaned my ring the first time looked new so maybe she didn't know and accidentally used the cleaner instead of the cloth, but still accused me, I am never going back or purchasing anything from this location again. The ring is a size 7 and a half ,but it was the only size they had left. I would never shower,do dishes or even wash my hands with it on as i am a size 7 and I would loose it in the drains if I ever got it wet. I never even wore it to work and I worked more then I had days off. I seriously recommend Never purchasing rose gold or gold from here as long as they keep getting inexperienced people to work for them who will only destroy your ring or any other jewelry that is rose gold/gold plated. why do you think Pandora`s return policy is only 30 days? I bought a gold ring from peoples jewelers three years ago with one year exchange policy and wore it more times then I have worn the clear three stone ring from Pandora and it is in the same perfect condition. unlike the ring that was purchased from this location it blows my mind how they go and accuse the costumer before asking you "if remember the lady who cleaned it?" I even asked how much it would cost to get a new platting and they lady said "its not worth your money?" wonder how much it cost's them to make such terrible cheap jewelry? probably only cost them under ten dollars, but yet the charge you more for what they pay? Even my boyfriend said when he went to go look for the ring for our anniversary no one even helped him until he went to go purchase the ring he found. All they care about is your money.

All the girls are polite and helpful except one lady that has always been rude and always has an attitude for some reason??! I prefer to shop pandora in store as I like to see items before buying them but if this employee's bad attitude continues, I will just shop online. I'll give the store another try and see if she still has the attitude and maybe I'll ask for her name this time

I went in there on Friday Nov 12th looking for a birthday gift. A young girl named Sherry helped me. She was incredibly kind and was a great help.

I had an amazing experience, they have an amazing staff.the store is clean, the staff are friendly, they do their best to help you

Purchased a $125 charm from this location that I was promised was rose gold. Got it home and it’s clearly regular gold and doesn’t match. Didn’t get a box or anything so can’t return it. What’s joke.

I was looking for a retired dangle charm (The Enchanted Tea Cup) I literally called all the stores in Toronto and Mississauga but couldn’t found any and it was not available online as well. We got to visit Cambridge and I just called them to confirm if they have it and I was so happy to get my tea lover charm from this store. Its so detailed and pretty!

This was an awful customer service experience. I came in today to exchange a ring for a size up. The employee (young girl, brown hair and glasses) told me that they do not have that size. I asked if it was possible to check if another location has that size. She stated that they’re privately owned and the only way to check is to call. I asked if she was able to call, as this is something most stores do since they know the product numbers, name of the styles, etc. This employee then gave me attitude and responded “you want me to call on my personal cell phone?”
