★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in the store. Hidden little gem. Nice selection of things. I liked looking around. The thing that I did not like was that I could see and feel the sales person watching me like I was going to steal something. I get it, it's downtown, there are some bad people. But really?!?! I hardly fit the profile. Also, play some music, studies show that certain music makes people shop. Hence.. Music playing in the malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odd layout - washrooms doubling as change rooms, clothing racks in a hallway between offices and the clearance section is sometimes used for staff meetings. However, there is an excellent selection of jewelry, accessories and high end clothing. Bonus: they almost always have a sale on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a great curated selection of items. You can tell there is lots of time put into picking items for their store, everything is so thoughtfully put together. I particularly like shopping their accessories because there are so many one-of-a-kind items and the added bonus of supporting women entrepreneurs. I like their new website too, it's easy to use, great product photos that ring true to the product that you actually get, and good customer service. Definitely recommend.
