D	David Danvers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience in store. I had to track down a salesperson and when i did they were pretty rude and dismissive. I was expecting a high end experience considering their outrageously high prices. Furniture is definitely way overpriced for what it is. Not super great quality and it all comes from overseas. I should have listened to the negative reviews i had heard around town from friends and family but i wanted to give them a chance. Definitely won't be coming back! Reply to Owner's Response: The unhelpful, condescending sales man was named Roland. I can't name every single piece in your store as the sky high prices seem to be a trend storewide. If I must name a couple things the Northcliff Sideboard and cow hide rugs are priced ridiculously high. And just because you don't want to take responsibility for your staff and the outrageous prices in your store does not make this review inaccurate. Perhaps you should take this opportunity to not become immediately defensive and take this review as constructive criticism to make your store better. It seems like you react this way to all the negative reviews. And it looks like you've received quick a few recently.

Walked over and it was so much larger then I thought it would be ( and 2 levels). The whole show room was filled with beautiful and unique furniture. Also a great range from very affordable deals to more high end. I found exactly what I was looking for with a desk and office chair. Will be back for more. The staff was very helpful, Yes it is a very large store so sometimes it's hard to find someone but it's solely because of how large the store is not because they are lacking customer service. Once you find someone they are kind, friendly and very helpful!
A	Allison Quigley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little over a year ago, my husband and I purchased several pieces of furniture from Cornerstone. We spent thousands of dollars on what we expected to be durable and high quality furniture. Upon delivery, our dining table was severely scratched and within a week, the legs of our dining chairs broke. Cornerstone replaced both the table and chairs but it was extremely inconvenient and we were expected to completely disassemble everything. It's been just over a year and a 2nd and 3rd chair have now broke including a broken swivel and a tear in the fabric. It's been painful trying to get Cornerstone to acknowledge their poor quality and to get someone to come out and fix the 2 chairs. I expected much more from them given the $$ we spent. Will not be a continued customer and I hope others do not experience the same customer service.

Due to the size of selection, I recommend asking Roland for assistance - he is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We have quite a few pieces from Cornerstone and will definitely be back for more. Thanks Roland!
