All I want to know is how they handle return items during lockdown. The store does have several unique items, but needs to improve their customer service.

I’ve been to this store multiple times before and have never had an issue but when we were walking through the store last night we got yelled at and told to leave. Apparently we had opened an item which we did not do? We were completely respectful in the store and were just looking around so to be yelled at and accused of something we didn't do is terrible. Won’t be back.
