Needed to repair the screen and back, a month in a pink line shows up on the screen, I take the phone back WITH receipt stating that the LCD they sold me was falty and needed to be fixed. They take it for examination, a day later they state themselves " yes the LCD is damaged on the inside and I have to pay $390 to fix it " well, i have the receipt stating I have a 180 day guarantee on parts fixed or replaced. Shame on me for not heeding other reviews on this shady company... this receipt will help in small claims court.

β β β β β Got my iPad mini screen repaired a month ago, and now the corners of my iPad don't work if I try to press a button. Plus the typing keyboard is delayed, reapeats, and writes random things. Texting won't work either.

β β β β β went here the other day to get my g2 screen replaced and the 1st time they did it it wasnt installed properly the screen was 1mm out of the body thus making it stick out and having a gap you could see into exposing the insides i bought it back to get it replaced again and it was still the same! only the top and bottom were proper. the person who did it used too much glue and it was on the side on the phone when i got it back the second time. long story short if you want it done right the first time DONT GO HERE! this bullshit costed me 140 dollars! very unhappy about the repair they did.

Cellmall has helped us fix everything from broken screens to water damage and even the charge port on my nephew's Samsung S3. I highly recommend Cellmall, they are people you can count on!

Guy has horrible people skills, he likes to blame the customer for his inadequate work. My husband brought his S7 in to replace the screen and that was done. The LCD was messed up and a line was appearing on one side of his screen. The guy blamed my hubby of pressing too hard. That is stupid because the phone cost $1000.00 and it cost him $400.00 to replace the screen. Obviously he'd be careful with it that's $1,400.00 for his phone. The guy is very rude the very least he could do is check out the phone for problems created by him. Frustrating regret bringing our phone here.

β β β β β I had a terrible experience at this place. I took in two phones, (shame on me for not learning from my first mistake), and neither was fixed adequately. They tried to put a new screen on an iPhone 5C and the first screen I was given was defective and the second was not attached properly. I asked them to reattach the second screen and they told me it was my fault because I had dropped after I took it out of the store (which was not true). They also tried to fix a broken button on an iPhone 5S and it was never fixed it properly, (TouchID still does not work). They charged me, and told me that they would finish the fix when they got a part in, but the part never came in and fix was never completed. (Despite my repeated calls back to the store about the problem.)
On a final note, I should have heeded the warning signs about this place before I even stepped up to the counter. When I first went in, the guy ahead of me in line was complaining that his phone was not fixed properly and in fact, now functioned worse than when he brought it in. They offered him no solution or no refund.
In short, stay as far away from this place as you can.
