★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive and friendly. Vehicles are well priced and there's low sales pressure. I test drove a few vehicles and the only thing I got back was "that's a really nice car." No pressure on extended warranty - was told that it was $x if I wanted it with no follow ups.
Lot was clean, vehicles were all washed, cleaned and neatly arranged.
Web site is kept accurate and up to date so easy to walk in knowing what's available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up a Hyundai Elantra from them tonight and I couldn't be happier with it! The car was delivered with a new clutch, brakes, and oil and was detailed inside and out. They were great to deal with, they provided lots of detail about the car and gave me a great deal as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a good used car in the London area!

The salesman, Kamal was not pushy whatsoever with the sale and is very knowledgeable. He told me all the common issues with the vehicles I’ve purchased (Infiniti G37xS, BMW 335i, and Audi S5), what to look out for and what maintenance to especially keep up with with throughout my ownership of them. Thankfully all the vehicles I’ve purchased from here have always been reliable, I’ve never had any major issues with any of them. The people running this place are very honest and really care about customer loyalty. Wish there was an option for 6 stars! Highly recommend Cedar Auto for your next vehicle purchase. I will certainly be returning for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks again for my new Audi S5?

I took the vehicle for a test drive and purchased it the same day. I picked it up in the next few days. There were no hidden fees and they even organized installation of winter tires and rims. They honored everything they advertised and now a year later I still could not be happier with my experience. They sold me a fantastic car that was in great shape. I have had no issues with my vehicle what so ever and would buy from them again!

He then got us in for a quick and easy repair!!! We continue to be amazed by the thoughtful , beyond expectation service of Cedar Auto. Thanks again Hussein!!
Excellent service. Hussein went beyond expectations to address a battery issue and minimize any inconvenience and ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. Helped us get a dealer roof rack with discount in 24 hours. Dealer said it would take a week!! Love our new car!
