This was the second time we have dealt with Nick and we will continue to do so for many more years to come!! We never felt pressured, rushed and he is such a great guy to deal with and he gave us different options to suit our budget, we are extremely happy with our new vehicle and our experience with Nick and Finch! I highly recommend going to see Nick if you are in the market for a new vehicle!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks so much Jesse Hughes in sales and Bill Sluys in finance. I had a fantastic experience at Finch GMC. I don’t think I will be purchasing elsewhere again.. Jesse made me feel like I was purchasing from a friend and made the purchase experience much more enjoyable. I told Jesse the vehicle I wanted and he made sure I got what I was looking for, which I was unable to get at another GM prior to visiting Finch. Jesse ensured I was fully comfortable with the new vehicle prior to me leaving the lot. I would highly recommend Jesse. Bill was energetic and it was evident that he enjoys the job he does, which was once again a great experience working with him. Overall, I would highly recommend you “see finch first” when looking on the market for a vehicle! Thanks again for getting me into my dream truck!

If you’re thinking of buying or trading in your car, definitely ask for Ben!! He has continued to contact me after my purchase to make sure I’m still loving my terrain- which I am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please see my attached photos of my so called messy car that they don't feel comfortable in. It's not the problem of taking my items out of the car to work on it. I had to DETAIL my car before it could be worked on.
If I could give less then a star I would in a heart beat. I am a lease owner with a 600$ a month lease. I have never in my life been more disrespected at a establishment as this one. I am currently waiting on talking to the owner of the dealership (hasn't called me but has time to reply to this review) . I will never reccomend this company or dealing with this company. I am not a new customer but a customer of 3 years. I honestly can't even believe this Is even happening. Apparently customers are not their priority. So spend your money elsewhere.. to his reply- my car was clean, your employees left my car in full sun without a working sunroof shade. Youre employees are not communicating properly, gave VERY bad references. Thank you for not calling me after I left a message. I will be in contact again and again.

He also came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. Jesse was very helpful, the staff & environment was nice & the new car is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a used Kia from Finch Chevrolet. I 100% would return here and recommend buying here. Matt S went above and beyond every step of the way in the purchase. We live a long way from London, and he took the time to provide a personalized video walk through of the vehicle for us. He also helped ensure that the service department would be able to swap out the all season and winter tires for us when we picked it up. Communication was also consistent and seamless, mostly via text which I really appreciate.
