K	Kat Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T BUY FROM SOUTHWEST AUTO SALES. I picked up my truck and 4 hours later the engine light came on fog lights jumping all over , back end shaking. Front cv joint busted , stub shaft broken , sunroof blocked pouring water the inside . I've had my truck 3 weeks. It's been in the shop and the warranty they sell , don't cover stub shaft. Soo I had to pay out of my own pocket. They blocked my number. , plus the front, I had to pay for. I have videos and pictures. I call them to complain and they threatened me with the police. Cuz I call so much and complain about the truck they SOLD ME! Well pay to fix it and I won't have to call. Anyone that wants to chat about southwest auto sales FB me katherene Burns, we can share the information pictures / videos. Oo and nither of the companies will give me a repair list of the repais they fixed for it to pass safety.

KAL definitely had his hands full with my application, it kept him busy going back and forth with different Lenders. He and Ashlee kept me up to date every step of the way. Even after the papers were signed and the car was picked up he still went to battle for me with my old lender. Thank you KAL for all the hard work you put into getting me into a newer vehicle.

When I picked up truck battery light was on so needed a new battery installed by my own mechanic. At that time my mechanic also showed me that the two of the tires were bald on outsides and all four tires down to the wear bars. I made contact with Ashlee on May 12 she told me she would have to contact the mechanic as he is 3rd party. I did not hear from her again until I messaged her on June 1. And she told me she was not allowed as she did not have the authority to my that call and said I would have my manager (Kal) contact you ASAP I received a email from kal on June 1 tell what he could do for me $100 towards the battery and he would find a set of tires and that I would pay half. I replied to him and still have not heard back and today is June 15. The front rotors and brakes pads are completely shot and also needed to be replaced another $500 from my pocket. I thought a bought a truck that was all included with a safety and licensing??? I now have lost the sale of my old truck ($4500.00) as the truck grow south west is not road worthy to drive with bald tires and is unsafe for my family or my employees to be in. So the truck is parked and costs are adding up every day. I have now contacted my lawyers and will be proceeding with litigation threw the courts.
