★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since owners switched, this place is horrible. Dont go here!!!They sold a car "certified" but is as is. There's no way this could be certified because of all the problems we've had. Brakes where supposed to be done, well they only did the back brakes, then we brought it back for grinding in the front. Then it wouldn't Start, they changed the plugs but wasn't the issue. Then it was transmitting control module and here we are still nothing done, still don't have the car or part. 30 days isnt even done yet! And we still don't have a working vehicle. We've had to go back 3 different times to fix this car within 30 days and that car place doesn't even care. Just giving the run around. I'd give zero stars if I could.

He helped us find a vehicle that fit our budget and made us feel secure about our decision. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a car. Exellent service!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my wife for the first time to That Car Place to purchase a SUV and she was satisfied with the overall service, but I do have a couple of exceptions.
Considering I drove her all the way to London from Aylmer to purchase this vehicle, upon her pick up I did not expect her to drive back with less than a half of a tank of gas. This was a purchase over $25k and the least I expected was a full tank of gas when she would pick up her car.
The other issue, when customers pick up their vehicles they should not wait an hour and half to get their vehicle, because the paperwork was not ready.
She is happy with the car she just got, but from my standpoint I did not appreciate how you handled those two issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was bit intimidated to buy my first electric car (PHEV, technically) so far away in London, Zsolt and Gabor made it easy, with timely communication via text and phone. Even though we hit a last-minute snag, they literally went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle for free when I couldn't drive it back when expected. They deserve their multiple years of Best Dealership awards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Zsolt at That Car Place, bought a 6 year old car. Zsolt insisted I buy the extended warranty on the vehicle even though I didn't feel the need. Skip to 6 months of owning the car and it's overheating, I take it to That Auto Repair Place and they tell me it's my coolant thermostat, and if I had gotten the 4 star warranty it would have been covered - unfortunately I had only gotten the 3 star. Feeling something was off I took it to my mechanic who discovers the thermostat had been tampered with previously and sealed with caulking as a cheap fix to stop multiple coolant leaks by whoever didn't want to cover the cost of replacing the part. I purchased a newer vehicle to avoid large repairs such as this and was sold a warranty to mitigate any risks, multiple ignored messages to Zsolt and $1700 later my car is fixed. Definitely will not be buying here again. Would recommend anyone else looking to purchase here do so with extreme caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience buying my car here. Not only did listen to my needs and price range. Before I arrived they had sent me a list of cars that fit and had everything ready for me. I bought my car that first visit. I had been looking at another dealership for 2 weeks. Found a car I liked and when I was ready to buy they increased the price of the car by $5000 stating they quoted me the wrong price. After that horrible experience it was refreshing to be treated so well at That Car Place. I would recommend them 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while. After disappointment after disappointment with many new dealerships, my brother recommended I go to That Car Place, as thats where he bought his used vehicle from.
From the second I walked in the door to test drive a vehicle I THOUGHT I wanted, to finding and buying a different, better vehicle to fit my needs on their lot, the staff were amazing, friendly, courteous and super helpful. Zsolt and Gabor made my car buying experience positive, quick and so much easier than buying from any other dealership. If I needed a new vehicle, I would go back to That Car Place in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
