Going into Fayze for several years I wanted to take the time to say Thank you . A beautiful flowing elegant environment to allow you …if even for a short time …to destress relax while being pampered. The knowledge of the staff when questions are asked about products or services ,is very helpful when deciding. thank you

I started coming to Fayez about 3 weeks ago because I wanted to improve my appearance thru different procedures. Each time I come I feel very comfortable, from checking in with reception, to meeting the technician. Everyone is wonderful, welcoming and reassuring. Whenever I let a technician know it’s my first time for the procedure they are always so reassuring and comforting with talking me through the process. I never feel pressured to do anything I didn’t initially book to do, nor do I feel nervous. I’m excited to continue my medical and spa experiences with Fayez.

I called to book an eyebrow wax for this morning. Booked in fine Upon arrival 2 women were sitting at the desk. One was with a client and one was on the phone. I didn’t even get so much as a glance and a smile from either. I stood there for about 3 minutes before being greeted with a firm “are you checking in”. Now when someone walks into my business I like to start with a hello how are you today a friendly smile a kind glance. I immediately felt put off. I was then told my wax person was having car issues and would be late, (could have called) but I said that’s fine I’ll sit down and wait. The waiting room is looking run down! It clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while and has out dated posters up. The magazine selction was pitiful, one allure beauty from September….it’s January. After about a 15 min wait a woman walked by not wearing a mask, said she needed to get her tweezers and she will be right back. Returning a few minutes later. Still unmasked saying she was ready for me. She did remember when I stood up and hurried to go get one She was nice as we made small talk down the stairs to a beauty room. There were, I dunno 50 boxes of product that hasn’t been opened and just sitting in its shipping boxes, making it feel like I was going into a back of a variety store. She did my brows and as she was doing them she starts saying “I got here 45 minutes early today. There was zero traffic”. So the front desk woman who was sharp with me to begin with now has also lied for no reason? Perfect! She finished my brows. No complaints there she did a wonderful Job. She didn’t however show me the final result and just said we are done and led me past the brown product boxes back up to reception Now there is 3 women sitting at the desk and 1 client. So I’m waiting for my turn to pay. The client in front of me is dealt with (he didn’t seem thrilled with the service) and the women who was dealing with him says “what can I help YOU with” again a bit of an edge to her voice Although this is a different women from the one that checked me in and gave me that quick strange lie. I said I’m here to pay….now again a simple how was ur treatment, did you enjoy your time? Your brows look great….simplicity of acting like you care about your clients goes miles! Nope not even a smile The other woman and the desk motions to her that she has the debit machine ready so she goes and sits down. I was handed the debit machine without a hint of pleasantries, not even a thank you Honestly I won’t be going back. I only go for my brows so I know they won’t weep at my lack of business but the whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth. For somewhere that claims to be so posh and exceptional, I could have gone to the local nail salon and had a better experience and be treated as a valued client 10x better than I was today. Best of luck Fayez, you need it. ?

Best experience ever!!! Amazing 5 hour day with my daughter. Martha and Therese are amazing and really know their products and treatments. Recommend for anyone to feel special and pampered. Whole environment relaxing and clean. Worth every penny .

I absolutely love going to Fayez spa on a monthly basis to get my needs met!! Leanna is a superb Aesthetician, she pays attention to the details, is easy going, and loves what she does. I have also had great service in the hair salon part having my hair cut and blowed out ?I have referred many friends and my mom to go here to have nails done too. They all appreciate the kindness of the staff and the service they’ve received was of excellent quality! Thank you Fayez for being dedicated to your clients needs.

The hot stone massage was amazing. I felt welcomed by the staff. One suggestion I have since I have seen that in other spas, is to have some coffee or tea in the waiting room. People might not consume it, but it is a nice gesture to have with a Client while waiting. I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing first visit! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed my day off with my mom!! Thank you ❤

I didn't know what to give my wife because she has everything, so I chose the best package Fayez Spa has to offer. She was there the entire day and she loved it. She can't wait to go back. She said it was relaxing, peaceful and left her feeling rejuvenated. She felt important. I highly recommend their full day package for your loved one. I am not sure why this place has a low rating. People are too entitled. This place is incredible. Thank you!
