★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to CBI Sardis for two different reasons. First for my shoulder then most recently for my knee. Both times I was met by friendly staff and an amazing physiotherapist Remmert. I was able to get in right away with no problem. I would recommend them without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a full knee replacement surgery and used CBI Health in Sardis for my recovery. I must say it is some of the best care I have ever had from the health profession. From the first meeting with my physio Remmert it was obvious that this man has the experience and desire to make a difference. I was in a lot of pain at first and Remmerts positive approach and patience made all the difference for me. Now 3 months later I am almost pain free and my knee is functioning at 95%, well above the curve. This did not happen by accident it was the careful attention I was given, the proper advice, exercises, and plan moving forward was bang on. I also utilized Jake for massage therapy to break down the scar tissue and was amazed at the results. Careful to consult and diagnose first then plan with you your treatment. Thanks Jake and Remmert I owe you guys alot. One more shout out to the admin staff in the office. First class in regards to submitting forms and making the process hassle free. Always friendly and great phone and email reminders of your appointment. I couldn't recommend this organization any more highly. They are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for massage twice , it was really good. But terrible customer service at front the reception, very rude and unfriendly. Charged my insurance twice for the same appointment and did not want to recognize their fault. Made me run around to figure out on my own, and three months later their error is still not fixed. They don’t care about anything. Second time , they were not even able to process my claim. I won’t bother going there again unless it is the last place left on the Earth. Plus super long waiting list more than a month to get to the appointment.
