★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Meghan VK cut my hair and I gotta say it was one of the best men's cuts I have ever had, better than any barbershop I've been to. She did exactly what I wanted, washed, massaged, and styled my hair. She was very friendly, personable and made me look fantastic. 10/10 service, if there was 6 stars I would give her that. Will be coming back for a cut soon.

Last week I had the pleasure of my second haircut with Stephanie. She is not only a confident and skilled hairstylist, she is warm, engaging, genuine and so easy to talk to. Her chair is a great place to spend an hour in conversation and leave with GOREGOUS hair. Win win.
Can’t wait to return to her chair, and to the unmatched atmosphere that is the Refinery House. ?

She's so good at what she does, plus she's super friendly and transparent with what she's doing with my hair. I have long, thick hair which I highlight and occasionally colour fun tones. Meghan does an amazing job and I highly recommend her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courtney has been my stylist since my other stylist from Refinery left on maternity leave. I was nervous to switch stylists but Courtney made the switch so easy. She is always excited to change up my hair and does exactly what I have in mind. She gives me rich & knowledgable advice when I ask her about my hair care.
She's good at reading my expressions (even with a mask on) and knowing when I'm not 100% about a change, she won't make that change without knowing I am confident and ready.
Courtney is also a personable person, easy to talk to and I feel safe sitting in her chair. I have recommended her to others, and I will continue to recommend her.
