★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service from the pharmacy tech my last two visits. Charged me full cost
twice for a medication that is covered under my medical plan. Didn’t care when I told her that I had been on this medication for years and have never had to pay in full before (even at that particular pharmacy). I called my provider and was told that there was no attempt made by the pharmacy to submit my medication for coverage either time. Provider was as confused as I was as to why they charged me full cost.
Same tech entered my prescription into their system incorrectly, and a six month prescription became three months and was expired when I went to refill it. I had to waste my time and my Dr.’s time getting a new prescription when I should not have needed to.
As someone who has worked in customer service for many years I have an abnormally high tolerance for poor customer service - I will NEVER use that pharmacy again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're new to Chilliwack and on our first visit the pharmacy assistant made us feel so unwelcome. She was so rude I would have walked out had the meds not been for my son. I will never go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of service you will get at the pharmacy depends entirely on whether the associate owner is the one helping you out when you show up. He's very polite, friendly and helpful. He'll go above an beyond to let you know about your prescriptions. On the other hand, I definitely cannot say the same about the other pharmacist I've dealt with before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an interesting store. Seems sparse in some sections but where it shines is in it's specialty food area. I'm impressed by the selection of products that are Ketogenic friendly. And I'm happy to see Swerve sweetners locally again since Superstore stopped carrying it.
Service was sparse but I didn't need any help aside for paying for my purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to here to buy sports action ticket today.
The cashier made a mistake and played same ticket twice. I noticed it’s same ticket and asked her to cancel and she cancelled. Because it’s possible to cancel tickets anytime before start game. It’s maTch up BCLC policy. I played many times and bought ticket and cancelled several times at other place including gas station and convenient store.
I have never heard cancellation is possible buy can’t refund money. I understand if customers cancelled ticket and it’s credit is automatically added in store’s account. I also surprised her overbearing manner because I didn’t mistake and nothing to do anything but she made a mistake as she played same one twice. That’s 100% her fault. But she always said the system was not allowed to refund money. I asked to return a cancel ticket but she won’t as it’s store rule and come back tomorrow to see a manager. She said it would be not available to refund if I ask a manager tomorrow.
She said lottery tickets are not refundable but it’s wrong. I understand sports action or kino tickets would be available to cancel and store should refund a money if customer wants.
Finally other staff came to me and play another one to cover cancel ticket value. So I played another one and came home. It was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store setup feels awkward and the cashier was staring me down like it was high school and she wanted to throw down haha she had the ugliest attitude and stood at the door glaring and watching as me and my sister came out of Tim hortons. Don’t know who she was or why she had a problem but not my circus and not my monkey. Ew.
