★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the lady sitting On her phone. Showed her a picture and there was no attempt made to match it! Fried the ends of my hair and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Save your money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. My wife went for a very plain, straight forward hair cut. Really simple. She has long hair parted in the middle. The hairdresser (reaked of cigarette smoke) didn't part her hair (after asking her too), then insisted on "dry cutting" the ends. She then proceeded to razor the ends without asking (after my wife caught her)and my wife demanded she stop. It's taken 8 weeks for the mess to grow out. Just, no. Lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty upset that I specifically told them before hand that I'm on a tight budget and I don't want to spend too much. I got a few foils and a cut - it came to $120.00 before the tip. They did a great job but the pricing seems really unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here; good prices but not impressed. When I made appt I asked for an experienced cutter. The girl I got worked 1 1/2 years. She was sweet but not experienced. I informed the lady who answered phone, she said she didn’t hear me, mm.I felt stressed. Her hands were shaking and she seem to lack confidence in what she was doing. I asked for another stylist, Who said don’t worry relax and As she was showing the new gal how to cut my hair. I stated to her I wanted someone experience when I called, and again she said, you’ll be fine. I finally got a third girl that did the rest of my hair. She did alright. I had the hair protection thingy on my collar when I got home. Gal forgot to take that off.As I looked at the girl in the mirror when she was done she looked at the other girl at the desk and rolled her eyes.( she Didnt know I could see her, classy) No coffee/water offered and when I stated this she says she was busy with a prior client as she wasn’t to cut my hair and they offer if you have a wait time to get in or you’re waiting for your hair to be dyed. I don’t know why the receptionist couldn’t offer this pleasantry. 3 stars. But prices are good. I feel bad for the newer gal for she was sweet but I asked for someone experienced. ? Average overall.

So grateful for the much needed blessing she received. When it's for yourself it has to be good, but when caring for your mother-in-law, it BETTER be good. ?
