★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't really help jus sat there talked about one thing for an hour tried to talk about something that was the problem and nothing got resolved. She the counselor, was too booked up was never able to make appointments that aren't months apart?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to contact the business and was redirected to a personal email of a counselor, and I was only given a reply to my emails in the later evening. Cannot call or easily book a meeting with someone... There has to be a better way of doing business than this... Still in search of a professional to talk with.
