★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemingly a good place for x-fit. My buddy goes here on the regular and likes it. My time going was good but i was sick and this outfit isn't that cheap. But i guess it beats buying your own equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, experienced and fun coaches. CrossFit Chilliwack Group Fitness classes are a fun, effective and safe way to loose weight, and keep fit. They even have personal trainers that help fill in the gaps to focus on form and specific goals. For instance, I have a fun personal goal to build the strength and balance to walk on my hands and perfect double-unders and maybe even triple-unders. So many possibilities with a great team of fitness professionals.

The Coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable in what they teach. My personal Coach is Jon and he is absolutely the best!!!!
Jon has welcomed me to CrossFit recently and right after the trial I wanted to join right away due to the extensive coaching being offered for trainees and the benefit one can attain from CrossFit training.
The gym itself is very spacious; COVID-19 protocols are being applied and followed. The environment is very clean and bright.
The pricing for this gym is a bit higher than others but after the trial I realized why that is so…
Each coach has so much compassion for wanting you to reach your best. They are very patient in teaching and make sure that you leave at the end of the day with satisfaction and strength.
I highly recommend you guys giving it a try !!!!
