Our kids ( 6yrs & 4yrs old ) joined about a year ago and even through the Covid shut down they were able to keep classes going on Zoom.. Both our kids had a rough start as they were both very nervous and shy but the staff was amazing at helping them with this and now they both really enjoy going. Our kids have become much more confident and as a parent it's amazing seeing this transformation. Our daughter had her 1st belt test yesterday and she still can't stop talking about it. We even drove to show her teachers and class mates her new belt that she earned this morning. Excel Martial Arts also offers Before & After School Daycare programs. Over the two years they have participated at Excel they have grown to be more disciplined, respectful and independent. Involving children in organized sports/ martial arts at a young age will certainly assist in helping them mature and stay focused during their teenage years. Adam and his team have done an outstanding job of navigating through the ever changing restrictions and regulations that Covid has brought forth and always makes sure everyone is comfortable and engaged. Kudos on running an outstanding local business!

Adam is great at communicating with the parents regarding policies and government regulations. He is also always available to answer questions. The classes are at convenient times for us. My daughter has made many friends there and enjoys going so much her goal is to become an instructor one day.

The instructors work tirelessly to lead and are exceptional role models for all students, regardless of abilities. They genuinely care about all of their students. An inclusive environment, high energy and so much fun, my kids LOVE coming to the gym each week!

This is by far the longest he has stuck with any one sport/place as he can get anxiety around activities. The instructors are great, the owner’s communication is awesome and it’s a super friendly, encouraging environment. He always comes out of class happy (which is huge for us) So glad a friend recommended Excel!

Adam and his team are friendly, welcoming, and patient teachers; the confidence and discipline they have instilled in my son is beyond what I could have expected. My daughter has only been attending for a couple of months and already we have witnessed leaps in her confidence and ability to trust her body. The lead teacher and the assistant teachers are phenomenal, honestly. They're so on top of the kids, with gentle guidance and reassurance. They are also creative on keeping the kids attention with interactive activities and fun educational games. I highly recommend trying a class, although I can't give my opinion on how classes are for older children and adults. I'm sure they hold the same positive atmosphere and professionalism.
