★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! So unprofessional and they don't call you when your kid gets hurt! They do not care about the parents at all.. this place is awful. We switched care and have never had the problems we had with briar patch so no it's not okay or the normal! This place should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great daycare serving all ages. They are very thorough and thoughtful; great advocates for the children. First daycare I've ever seen that has emergency preparedness kits for every child! I am very impressed by the way they run the center and how affordable their rates are. Rare to get 6AM to 6PM hours in Chilliwack! Highly recommend Briar Patch for all ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has gone to this daycare for the past 6 years and the staff have been amazing. He has learned many skills to prepare him for school. The staff is caring and have made the time spent there enjoyable for my son. This is a great daycare and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst daycare in the world!! Not a safe place at all. Leaving a kid in rain pants, boots, hoodie and a jacket in 25° is not safe. Staff is unprofessional and does not talk to you in a professional way. They are not an inclusive daycare and will exclude kids from actives.
