★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I bought my new 2014 Honda Odyssey since then I have been getting all my service related work at this dealer even though i have to drive about 40 minutes to get to this location. Only because staffs are friendly and helpful. On my last service which was 3 weeks ago I have mention that paint on my roof is peeling off since a year and its clearly visible . Edwin the service manger had suggested to Contact Honda Canada since the paint warranty is only for 7 years and they are one only one who can help or make the exception. When I had contacted Honda Canada was rejected my request then I had to email and then they have taken care of my email and has allowed to repaint roof of my Odyssey free of cost which is really a nice gesture and I am very pleased with their response . Big thanks goes to Edwin for his support and guidance . There are not many staff who want to help beyond their work area. Big thumbs up for Edwin and Honda Canada. I have been driving different version of Honda since 1999 and very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best experience I've ever had. I needed to get a new vehicle asap and Joey helped me get a brand New CR-V the exact colour and model that I was interested in. Right from the beginning I am welcomed and feel comfortable with Joey. Joey goes over and beyond for his clients, he made sure that I got my vehicle within the estimated time of arrival and I am extremely happy for doing business with Joey. The sales consultant Faisal Khan was amazingly professional, answering all the questions, assisting in sending information about the vehicle, offering to make a video call to show the car, and inspiring trust and peace of mind. If that wasn't enough, once I agreed to make the deal, he pulled off all the paperwork required and even the plate registration in a single day, making it possible for me to pick up the car the following day early morning!
