★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i called prior to my visit to cash max to ask about the required documents to take out a loan off my baby bonus and the lady on the phone was very professional and patient while i wrote down the number of requirements so i wouldnt forget anything. she told me to come in atleast a half hour before closing so she would have lots of time to write my loan properly. i had car troubles so i didnt make it there by 6:30 and walked in the door only 15 minutes before they closed. they were polite and still offered to take a look at my documents and said if everything is good they can try and submit the application otherwise i would have to come back tomorrow. i didnt end up getting approved for the loan because i had some things in my banking they couldnt do it. but they were still extremely helpful, they gave me copies of my banking and void cheque that they printed there and told me a number of near by companies i could try that may have different rules, and apologized for not being able to help me and even offered my daughter candy and had childrens books she could read while she waited for me. i ended up getting a loan at money mart but the staff there were rude and lack the customer service skills the ladies at cash max have. i still recommended cash max to my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman working on Saturday was ridiculously slow. They really should train their staff better to make speed of transactions a priority. Avg. Wait time for today was 20 min!! Unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place a joke. I called ahead to ask what to bring then were very rude when they forgot to tell me a couple of things. Drove 30 minutes home came back then they forgot more things. And said it was my fault. All the things they want are redundant. 2hrs of wasted time and still didnt get any money. I would not recommend cash max to the most desperate person in the world. Stay away people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been dealing with these guys long enough to know how they are. I've honestly had nothing but great service with them. Betty and Tina are the BEST I can not stress that enough. They're super friendly, understanding, and have helped me out every time. 10/10 would recommend.
