They are slow and believe me totally inadequate
Waited outside for 35 minutes and I was only fourth in line
The branch at The Centre on Barton is much much better
Everytime I leave the Stoney Creek branch I am P----- off because of their incompetence
Never again !!!!!
Don't need the aggravation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me wait outside due to a medical exemption and treated me like a dog. Honestly flabbergasted at the audacity of your employees. Would give it a 0 if i could. Will be closing all accounts and never banking with this corrupt bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why some people are not happy with the customer service of this BMO branch. I had the opportunity to use this branch last week and I was vary happy with the customer service. There were no line ups and the customer service representative (I think his name was Tyler) at the teller who attended to me was very polite efficient and helped me with my issue in a professional manner. I say don’t worry and go use this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is a death cycle , their phone support makes you wait for a min 1 hour, their branch makes you wait for 1 hour- slow n steady does not win the race anymore. Not an ideal bank to work with when you are on a time crunch.
Opened a Savings account online - did not receive the promotional interest rate- called phone support they said go to branch. Went to branch - they verified the promotional email - they said a ticket will be submitted - I am like no thank you - close my savings account and I will take it elsewhere. But the gentleman who closed my account was very helpful- it’s just BMO is not a 21st century bank , too old to adopt new technology and seems like their training sucks, the reason you hear different answers every time - from different people. Don’t ask me to email you - you guys already wasted enough time - this is the best review you will ever get. Not much to say - call it a rant or whatever , it is what it is. Will close my chequing account soon , hopefully they do it over the phone instead of me visiting the branch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not the fault of the Customer Service Reps that there are only a few on at a time. It's the hours the branch is aloud. It's the higher-ups that want to push people to use the bank machines. They want to decrease their overhead by keeping their payroll low. What they don't seem to understand is that they are just upsetting those people who have to speak to a Rep to get their banking done. Taking out your frustration on the front line banking reps make no difference. The higher-UPS don't care as long as their pockets are staying full.
The customer service reps are awesome at this branch! Especially with the work load they have and the pressure to meet their targets to upsell products. I feel for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time in this branch, and it was incredibly dark and dreary (literally! did the bulbs burn out?) Well that was to be matched by the teller I dealt with. She did not smile, she was monotone and rude. Very poor customer service, as if she hated her job. I have banked at the BMO at Centre Mall, I received amazing treatment there and greeted with a smile. Two totally different experiences. I will not be banking at this location again.
