R	Richard Urrutia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My tow truck driver dropped my cart off here thinking they work with my insurance agency, after I knew they didn't I tried to get my car first thing to not pay for 2 days of storage but they charged me anyways, even though my car was just left outside all night. they only take cash but had zero cash for change ( had to go to the bank across the street) I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I think that speaks volumes to the kind of quality you"ll get when you walk through the doors. For those that say they have been ripped off I'm pretty sure there's an agenda behind the poor review. Some of you might want to check your poor grammar and diction -might I suggest Hooked on Phonics. Remember when your English teacher told you to pay attention? I think this was why?

It got ugly - police and legal help involved to get car back. Stay away unless you like getting ripped off !

Right side fender, right door, mirror, right rear bed, and tailgate were all damaged in a freeway accident 4,800 dollars worth in repairs. They worked with my insurance company, I had full coverage, so I paid nothing out of pocket since it was not my fault. I've had my truck back for about 6 weeks now and it is looking and driving better than before! I want to thank Mario and everyone at Stoney Creek Collision for all the great work!

I dropped the car off on a Tuesday and was called the following Monday to picked it up. That was 4 times faster than a friend their car in for relatively the same amount of damage and the same amount at a different shop. The car was clean the people were great as well as friendly. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

I'll admit that I was a little hesitant about leaving my car there after having read some of the reviews online, but I can say with absolute certainty that anyone who is complaining about this shop is simply leaving bad reviews to tarnish an excellent shop's business. Stoney Creek Collision Centre has been nothing but a breeze to deal with! They were friendly, understanding, and extremely sensitive to my concerns. They dealt directly with my insurance company to have the bodywork and paint done to my car. Absolutely zero hassle whatsoever. The turnaround was extremely quick considering I left my car there just before Christmas. And I have to say, the work is absolutely perfect! It looks like the accident never even happened! I will never take my car anywhere else but here ever again. No shadow of a doubt that this is one of the best if not THE best collision repair shops to take your vehicle to.
