β β β β β Lady behind the counter has a bit of an attitude. I heard her giving a potential customer some attitude on the phone while I was in the waiting room. Then when my vehicle was finished I asked if it had previous drill holes or if she had to have it drilled. She seemed very put out that she had to go back and talk to the technician who worked on my vehicle to get the answer. I have no way of knowing whether they did a good job on my vehicle. That remains to be seen. But as far as customer service, your employee behind the counter could use a refresher course in how to talk to people politely.

β β β β β I have been using the Krown brand for years and have complete faith in their product after seeing proven results from using it over the decades. As I needed to find a new local Krown location I started visiting this location in Stoney Creek and the staff there are excellent. From the time I booked my appointment to the time I was walking out after my rust proofing was complete, it was a first rate experience. Every business should be a friendly and easy to deal with as this location. I'm happy that I can visit this location annually for rust-proofing and know my car is going to be well taken care of. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the job you did and the excellent customer service! You have won me over. Cheers!

β β β β β These guys are absolutely the best! The owner is such a kind, willing, and caring guy that is super honest and helpful with every one of his customers! Super easy and fun to deal with and makes the process of rustproofing actually an enjoyable task to being your vehicle in for! Keeps my entire "fleet" looking brand new and gives your vehicle a nice wash at the end of it all too!! 5++ Every single time with the guys down at Krown Stoney Creek!! I HIGHLY recommend going to this very Krown location even if it is a little longer for you than other ones, you worn be disappointed with the service at all, that is forsure!
