★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super helpful and friendly, as soon as you walk-in they are eager to help you with what you are looking for and stay with you until you find what you need, very impressed, I enjoy bringing my business here, just bought a message cushion, as they have lots of product, it's great!

Both Jonah and his family as well as his employees have gone above and beyond what anyone could get at Shopper's or Rexall. I continue to go there because they are more than just a pharmacy, they are like family.

Jonah and his son Mina are thoroughly professional and very friendly, as is all of the staff that work there. I can honestly say that I was treated like family. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area but I have stopped in on occasion to say hello.

The people here take the time to get to know each and every person by name, face, prescription or for some....their voice! This pharmacy also has a large variety of home medical supplies and if they don't, they will order it for you right then and there. Each employee and/or owner(s) have different personalities which can be fun but can also respect the fact that you are there for a reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting the run around by disinterested staff at various Shoppers Drug Mart stores, I decided to go to Queen Lake Pharmacy.
The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and they care about the customer.
I highly recommend anyone who needs a pharmacy to visit Queen Lake Pharmacy where you will be treated respectfully and you will be reminded of how things used to be when you went to a store.
