N	Nathan K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best TD branch, the transfers from other branches there are good but the new donkeys there are slow and don’t know what they’re doing, they over analyze established customers and waste time. The lady there who is about to retire was slow and too chatty. Just complete my deposit please it’s very simple. Please train your new staff better.
E	Emma Lasts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place! They gave me a $30 fee and wouldn't explain why. The male on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me my money back. This is the 3rd time. (Avoid TD ! Save yourself and switch to a different bank ASAP!)

On May 31, around 430 pm in 800 Queenston Rd, Stoney Creek branch , I asked the bank teller to withdraw 4,000 answers and asked me why do you need the money, and she said "Don't give the money to the stranger". First of all ,She has no right to ask me where I will spend my money and she has to respect my privacy, and if I have any suspicious activity, the bank should contact the appropriate authority. Please stop dealing with customer as idiots. I called the customer service about my Debit VISA Card to clarify why it doesn't work and they did not give me clear answer . So, I decided to go to Queenstone rd branch in hamilton to clarify about that issues and to withdraw cash money , but the employee refused to give me eventhough I showed to him my ID , but he asked me to call the customer services . , Im wondering who gave him THAT the authority to denying rights to get my money .

The bank machines will not accept cash deposits, no employee seems to know why not do they care. Sometimes they are open with only the back door open and the front one locked. Would not recommend your bank ever.
A	Anna Wiemelink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! Went in to cash a cheque and get some rolled coins. I did not have to wait for a teller however the teller servicing me did not know what she was doing clearly, she was new but why was she working alone. It took over 30 min to process my transaction. She entered the cheque through the computer 3 times. She had to seek assistance in getting me the coin. She came back with another representative because and my coin she reviewed the computer for the entry and walked away. The teller could not count my money she was providing to me and she shorted me the remainder of my money after the rolled coin, which I had to point out was missing. She came back with the bills but not the remaining change portion. The teller did apologize and I was sympathetic because she should not have been working on her own to service customer without proper training.
