★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone was asking for money outside before I went to deposit my cheque; I was uncomfortable so I went inside to the teller to deposit.
He wasted my time by taking my card and cheque and looking at his system before sending me to the atm to do it all myself.
Very displeased.

in individual customers. Bad wait times. Bad delays and holds for no explainable reasons No interest in keeping customers. Bad Bad and getting worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location to use ATM. Do not go in the branch to use tellers or financial services reps. I had an appointment with FSR George Saad and he could not explain the general rules of registered products or the differences between the products. He also opened up an account incorrectly for me and when I called to inform him, he still did not fix the problem. You are better off going to another branch, looking online yourself, or calling the CIBC call centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank will take money out of your savings account to make payment to unattached account. When i asked if i owed them and tried to pay it. Worse bank ever no better then theives.
