★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls on Saturday were nice. Infront of me was this piece of work yelling at them for not recognizing him as a "high roller".. Don't care how rich you are, theres no excuse for treating people like garbage. Ashely kept apologizing for him then gave me the vip for waiting. She went the extra mile when she didn't have to Happy thanksgiving :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls asked me to leave a review, typically I dont go out of my way to review a business.... but the lovely ladies here are always so nice to me! I also come here because theres usually no line ups and if there is they move fast. This location also seems to have more of the foriegn currency's, and they're generous on the US singles too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I received at this location. Went in to pick up my ‘special order’ that was placed more than 3 days prior to pick up. When I went in the women had a smirk on her face and told me that the money wasn’t in because it was ‘sold out’. I did not receive even a call to tell me that this was the case. As I’m leaving for my trip within 1 business day the women had no suggestion on what to do. I asked her if she can call all the local locations to see if they had enough money and it was if I bothered her. Thanks to my special order that I place 3 days in advance I now have to visit 3 different locations to pick up enough funds. I would recommend visiting the Jackson Sq location as they are more than willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I knew I should have gone there in the first place. Avoid this location !

Will definitely be back before I leave for my trip, couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Been served by some of the other ladies before as well very nice girls, I recommend this location!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service experience. The currency exchange rate is confusing to me, but not when you have someone as informative as Ashley! She was easy to talk too, super friendly, I felt very comfortable. She was professional and knew what she was talking about! I would highly recommend Continental currency exchange to anyone! Thank you for the wonderful customer service Ashley, I will definitely be back again!
