They explained everything and provided me with information about my health. Krystal is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Careica was referred over by my general doctor and can see why. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and experience. Krystal was very helpful and professional in getting me my first CPAP. Krystal was very responsive whenever I had issues such as quickly getting me a replacement for a faulty loaner CPAP and mask. The staff were not pushy in selling me anything and made sure that the CPAP therapy was working for me. Overall, I am pretty happy with everything.

The only caveat is the signage outside of the building is difficult to see. First time users may have difficulty finding the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A detailed diagnosis of my problem is what attracted me to leave a review. A sleep study was conducted on me and they were professional in explaining the procedures in a way that I understood.
Just about a week later, I got a call from a lady who explained my result in detail, she spent close to 30 minutes, she made sure I understood every option for my treatment. To me when someone spends time with a patient and truly monitoring situations and providing answers to the questions you may have, that is all that matters to me as a patient.
My problem is solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express enough how amazing everyone was to deal with they honestly gave me more support then my own Dr’s in a time of need. I highly recommend working with their group. Krystal was the main woman I was communicating with and she was extremely Thorough and was great with following up on things very kind as well.
