★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package ended up intercepted due to their poor packaging, first told us it's not their fault it got intercepted and it's our problem. Then offered a refund in other product and never got the product and never heard from them again. Unable to reach anyone anywhere and most pages with reviews disappeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not deal with this "company". I paid for a service and when I did not receive that service they refused to give me a refund or provide me with the service. They screen their reviews and after receiving a lot of negative comments on Instagram, they deleted their account. Shortly after, they deleted their Facebook. They decided not to respond to any emails and when they finally did they said the "situation was out of their hands and they will not give a refund". Overall, just a terrible business. I really hope no one else is affected by this company. It seems as though far too many people have been taken advantage of. If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would have! I tested on the site if I could leave a review and it states that "your review is awaiting approval". Of course they aren't going to approve it! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased an advent calender and just today was told by Canada Post they wont deliver it as its restricted or prohibited mail. Wont ever deal with this company again, just a bunch of scammers looking to rip people off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an advent calendar worth $260 never received it, Canada post notified me that the packaging wasn’t packaged properly and the smell seeped out so they sent it to a facility to be destroyed.. very upset. Can’t get in any contact with them, doubt I’ll get any type of refund. Sad if they can’t do anything about it because it was clearly their fault for not packaging it properly .

Stole almost 400 dollars from us for 2 advent calanders.
At first they replied promptly, answered calls etc.
Ordered there product Nov 24th 2019 it's now January 13 2020 and they have ghosted us. Cancelled their number - not responded back to any emails since after they sent a tracking number. Refuses to contact Canada Post even once requested.
This is nothing but a scam that made out with a bunch of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend ordered the advent calendar like a lot of other reviewers here and it never made it to her. She contacted Canada Post and they said the package would be destroyed. I've contacted the owner of the business on Facebook but he hasn't responded back. I would encourage everyone to report this business if they haven't upheld their part for your order to the Better Business Bureau and to Consumer Protection BC
