I loved my recent trip to New York with Mile Zero Tours. Every detail of the trip was well planned and well coordinated. Our hotel was great - around the corner from Times Square. The view from our bedroom was the ball that descends on New Years and the clock tower. The tour of Manhattan with a NY Fireman was especially interesting. As well, we saw all the highlights: The UN Building, Rockefeller Centre to the 69th floor at night. Spectacular! We saw The Empire State Building to the top, 9/11 Memorial, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Statute of Liberty, Ellis Island, Times Square, Central Park, we walked the High Line on our free day. Our Guide, David Rose, was great to travel with as were the others on the tour. David took us on a subway ride across Manhattan. The tour dinners were enjoyable - one at Rockefeller Centre, one in a French Restaurant, one in a Pub. The times for tours was perfect as was the lengths of each highlight. The door to door service was a lovely bonus!! I would highly recommend a tour with this company from my experience. Thank you, David.

I have just returned from a 16 day 6 city Epic Canadian Rail Journey which took me from British Columbia to Nova Scotia; beginning and ending with a chauffeur driven sleek black limo ride to and from my front door. In between was a journey by ferry, trains, automobiles (read monster buses complete with washrooms) and planes. The sights and sites were awesome, the sounds new and enticing and the food was superb! Every mile was true value for your dollar. Hotel accommodations were more than comfortable and land tours were interesting and always on schedule. In Jasper, see a dazzling display of korite/amolite, Alberta's signature gem; ignore the black flies at the heritage Horne Payne Station in Saskatchewan; the Canadian Museum of Human Rights is a must when in Winnipeg and track down the twin Marilyn Munroe buildings in Toronto. The railway itself is a testament to the courage and vision of men and women of the 1800"s. It was a privilege to ride the iconic rails. Canadian geography and 'O Canada' took on a whole new meaning! And who can forget the rocky, rugged, windy shores of Peggy's Cove at journey's end. My experience with the company has proven that Mile Zero Tours is committed to customer service. Because of an unavoidable situation on the day of departure, last minute changes had to be made to my schedule and baggage handling. Mile Zero Tours was more than willing and gracious in accommodating my needs in spite of (I am sure), some inconvenience to themselves. Needless to say, I was grateful. We were ably led and guided by Mr. David Rose who always gave clear and precise information and instructions. He listened to and answered questions with care and understanding. His presence was always felt but never intrusive, leaving each to explore and create his/her own experiences and memories. He called each of us by name but nevertheless, there was much subtle head counting at strategic points so that no one (30 travelers), was left behind at a land mark or hotel. It was particularly reassuring that our guide was accessible 24/7 either by cell phone or through front desk. There was a considerable span of years between guide and travellers but it was all good. We could have added the Maritimes, Newfoundland and Labrador to our itinerary; some did but for me it was time to go home. This was my first experience with Mile Zero Tours and I would readily travel with them again.Their attention to detail resulted in a truly Epic Canadian Rail Journey experience. I learned a lot. It was history and geography and it was fun! Thank you Mr. David Rose and Mile Zero Tours.

The Beyond the Arctic Circle trip was excellent. Our leader, Rick Searle, proved how knowledgeable he was of the Yukon and Northwest Territories and its peoples. He answered every question possible. I'm so glad to have taken this trip - I learned so much about our Indigenous peoples and their way of life. Putting my foot in the Arctic Ocean at Tuktoyaktuk was super and something I won't forget. The trip was full of new interesting things to do and see every day. The food was good. I loved the learning about our land and I have no regrets about our very busy schedule. Thanks Mile Zero, Rick and Petra, our incredible bus driver.

From the front door pickup in a limo to the smooth luggage handling at the tour's end at a sleek Halifax airport hotel, not a fault could be found with Mile Zero Tours ' trip to the Maritimes. David and his associates offered good value, a well-planned itinerary, some amazing meals and a hilarious lobster fishing excursion--Mile Zero went above and beyond. We rotated seats on the bus so everyone had a front row view at least once; we had enough museums for the fact finders and sufficient shopping for the generous. And sufficient washroom breaks. Despite rain and a wayward ferry, the tour encompassed the best of what the Maritimes has to offer, with a black bear, green frogs and a fox thrown in for good measure. We even found lots of birds. Thank you, David and staff.

The Epic Rail Journey was a wonderful way to see Canada from coast to coast. Meals were excellent, beds were comfortable and David did everything he could to make our trip enjoyable. When our train was delayed due to an accident, he got us all a bed in the hotel until such time as the train would arrive , which was 3am! We got a wakeup call and off we went to get back on the train - - ever so much better than sitting in the train station for 5 or 6 hours!! Thanks, David!

We recently returned from a really good trip trip to Newfoundland and Labrador. David Rose did a great job in taking care of good accommodation and meals in a province of Canada that is sparsely populated where this is not easy to do. We visited several very interesting historical sites and seeing the icebergs was pretty special. We were fortunate because our hotel locations allowed us to enjoy meeting local folks in local bars while enjoying Newfoundland music. We would recommend Mile Zero tours and will be using them again.

I highly recommend Mile Zero Tours. I recently went on the Autumn In Quebec and Ontario Tour. I was very impressed from start to finish. Our tour director, David was conscientious and paid attention to all of the important details for everyone. We had excellent hotel accommodations and dining choices. There was a good mix of planned tours and free choice time. I especially enjoyed the informative commentaries during our coach travels. Thank you Mile Zero Tours for a memorable holiday. Shelley Mann

A very enjoyable trip. The accommodations and meals included, were exceptionally good, as well as the side trips which were informative and fun. Our tour director was amazing!! Well organized and looked after our questions and concerns very patiently. Last, but not least, a huge thumbs up for the bus driver who was always ready with a smile and assistance if needed. Well done, Jon Paul!! We would definitely travel with Mile Zero again, and recommend them to our friends. Many thanks for some great memories.
