★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am guessing they do most of their business online these days as I had a really hard time finding my way into their office. They are located on the second floor of the building but it isn't very obvious how to access it from the outside even though you can see their flags outside of the building. They helped me right away even though I was just a walk in.

I was so hopeful when somebody picked up the phone but the lady was kind of mean and didn't want my business because I was calling from another country trying to get home to Victoria. Maybe I don't understand how travel agents work but I know how manners work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TierOne Travel is fantastic. They communicate quickly and clearly. There have been multiple occasions when I needed flights changed and they were able to do it without issue. The travel agent I use at TierOne is literally there to help me for anything I need when I am away. I've leaned on this company multiple times to both plan trips and make modifications or get advice while I am travelling. Can't say enough good things about them!
