There is a huge parking lot with only one area for carts at the end of the parking. It feels like people who park near the store and walk less are punished for a good parking spot when they come back with their purchases. Moreover, you are making the people with disabilities walk all the way to the end of the parking for no reason, or they have to be irresponsible and leave the cart in the middle of the plaza.

Very well organized and clean store. Customer service can be improved (the one that is on the floor), need helpful staff and not the ones who are not willing to help! Wouldn’t go to a store where floor staff says that finding an item is not part of their job and you are left stranded.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. My order was ready for pickup within hours..4 stars. When I arrived I parked in the only curbside pickup spot available, as other "empty" cars were in the other spots...no drivers in sight. I notified them that I was parked and parking spot number, via the 'pickup order' email. After a long wait I went inside the store to pickup instead...3 stars. There were no customers at the On-line order pickup desk or Returns counter...2 stars. The staff they were socializing and would not serve me at the store counter by the entrance doors. I had to walk around to the Returns counter before the would take my order info and procure my small order...1 star. I guess now that the pandemic restrictions have been removed so has timely and courteous curbside pickups.

Store is good stock up. But the problem is the staff in the kids cycle section, when I requested them I have few questions about the kids cycle training wheels and they are like why he is asking us questions. After that I have decided to figure out myself and somehow I managed to get kids bike. In other sections staff are welcoming to answer the questions. One request to the management when you have good stuff find a good staff in bike section. Thanks

I went to your store yesterday and brought an old spark plug for the lawnmower. I did ask for help from a young female worker on duty at the counter downstairs. She checked her computer and told me that no same number in the store, then told me that go on amazon to find myself and nothing she can help me at all, such an easy way for her. Then, I went to the customer help desk upstairs, I met a very pleasant wonderful guy his name is Paul, and he spent just a couple of minutes finding one for me. What’s different? Your store paying money to hire workers with no basic knowledge is bad enough to service customers’ needs. Plus her attitude is very wrong; at least one thing she can do is find knowledgeable workers to help customers instead. I am your long-time loyal customer, I wish your store to grow healthier and better, I don’t like to see your employees damage your store’s image, especially since I always see store managers working so hard in the store. It’s very important to hire the right people is the key to the company's success. Thanks!

Try to avoid buying a bike here. After a month every single screw is coming apart. The handle bar shifted completely and pedals eventually come off on their own. Not using threadlocker isnt just an inconvenience but dangerous. Shame. Edit: I took the bike in for repairs. They said there was nothing wrong with the handle since i tightened it myself but i expressed concerns that it may open up again overtime due to lack of thread locker. It was likely missed due to communication error. However they did tidy up the front brakes and tuned it so ill move it to 3 stars. Not a 5 since they never adressed the main problem

August 2021. Not a bad location and is a very large store with 2 levels. Store staff is ok and are helpful. Where I see issues are when customers are oblivious to what they should be looking for and are asking for something that staff are unable to answer. Yet, they expect that they know the answer. Overall, the store itself isn't bad. Some deals. Some real deals. Lots of selection of things around the house. This location also has a section for party supplies provided by party city which is convenient. Key cutting service as well.

I purchased 4 bags of water softener salt on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 3:49pm. When I drove up to the in-store pick up area the closest available spot was blocked off by a cone so I parked at the next closest spot. The attendant (Larry) was extremely rude and refused to bring my order to my car and insisted that I park in the handicap spot because it was closer. Spoke to his manager/supervisor who was understanding and apologized. Overall bad shopping experience.
