I appreciate how he listens to our concerns and issues and spent the time to respond to all our questions. I am happy to have found such a great family doctor! The receptionists were very nice as well and always responded to all our calls.Thank you to all staff at Discovery Family Health!:)
A	Angela Alvarado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am grateful to Dr. Lam and the office for quickly taking my newborn for the 24hr follow in the midst of the pandemic lockdowns and holiday season vacations. The same day I called the clinic, a nurse called back and the same day I had an appointment. Even though Dr. Lam was on vacation and my baby was not her patient she followed up and had another Dr. in the office see my baby the same day. The doctor was great, he confirmed my suspicions, my baby was loosing more weight than average, hence the crying and the breast feeding issues. The doctor told me exactly what to do and a nurse continued to will follow up with me every 1 -2 days to ensure my baby was gaining weight and back on track! As a 1st time mom who was clueless and sleep deprived, I felt supported by the clinic. I am extremely happy with their service from receptionist, nurses to the doctors! I definitively recommend it!
R	Russell K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful reception. I get that the job is stressful, but a little bit of politeness goes a long way. The appointments themselves usually start an hour late. The doctors often leave you waiting in a gown for half an hour, barely address your concerns when they see you, and then run off because I'm sure they've left someone else waiting in another room. In summary, you'll have spent over an hour and a half in one of the most stressful environments in the city. Avoid at all costs.

A	Anna R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love Dr K. She is amazing 5 out of 5 for sure. However the office and their call back system is horrendous, if it possible to give zero stars I would. You leave messages and then you end up in the game of phone tag ,except it will take you hours and 20+ phone calls attempts to speak with someone.There must be a better system then this. Discovery please fix this, your doctors are amazing, but the management of the office just isn't.!!!

He is punctual, very attentive to details, and extremely professional. I am lucky to have him as my family doctor. Furthermore, underground parking, accommodating staff and convenient location on the TTC subway line, makes Discovery family health a perfect location for patients.
M	Moops lol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor Amir Salamat is outstanding. 5/5. The management at this office is terrible. They literally never, ever pick up the phone for God knows what reason - resulting in patients always needing to leave messages and playing phone tag to get an appointment.

First my family doctor was “away for 6 months until June” and I was given other doctors- its March and all of a sudden she’s back, but it’s apparently my own fault for their mistaken information…And that I was told the wrong information? So confusing. I do not feel safe with my health with this unprofessional office. I missed an appointment because I was suffering from over exhaustion by accident-ok it’s my fault. I wasn’t able to come to the phone and was supposedly charged $50 for the missed appointment, and this is a first time where I missed it.. I would gladly pay if this was a policy told to me when I became a patient, but this is something I was not aware of and I’ve had too many appointments where I felt like a neglected patient. So I’m not going to pay this. At this rate I’ve had better luck just going to Walk-ins. Going to a different clinic now, bye Felicia.
